500 gr white cabbage
1 carrot, grated
1 Roasting Pimento (red pepper, Florina type), cut in julienne strips
80 gr baby rocket
20 slices of salami, cut into thin sticks
For the dressing:
120 ml olive oil
30 ml lemon juice
4 tbsp orange – lemon balsamic cream Papadim’s
3 tbso honey mustard Papadim’s
½ clove of garlic, finely chopped
Freshly ground pepper
- In a small bowl, combine all the dressing ingredients: the olive oil, lemon juice, orange – lemon balsamic cream, mustard with thyme honey, finely chopped garlic, salt and freshly ground pepper and whisk thoroughly.
- On a cutting board using a sharp knife, finely chop the cabbage and transfer to a bowl, adding the grated carrot and the julienned red pepper.
- Pour the dressing into the bowl with the cabbage, mix thoroughly, cover and leave in the fridge to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Take the bowl out of the fridge, add the baby rocket and the salami sticks, mix well and serve.
