6 slices of bread for toast
2 eggs
4 slices of smoked turkey
4 slices of cheese
2 slices of tomato
2 lettuce leaves
6 tbsp Papadim’s mayonnata® with tahini
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt, pepper
Preparation
- Bake the toast bread in the toaster.
- Heat up one tablespoon of the olive oil in a non-stick pan and cook the smoked turkey slices on both sides over low heat.
- Remove the turkey from the pan and set aside.
- Break the eggs into a bowl, add salt, pepper and mix them.
- Put one tablespoon of olive oil in the frying pan and cook to make an omelet.
Assembling
- Place three slices of the bread on a surface and spread a spoonful of mayonnata® with tahini on each slice.
- Put a slice of turkey, a slice of cheese, one slice of tomato, salt and one lettuce leaf on one slice of bread and cover with the second slice of bread.
- On top of the second slice of bread, place a slice of turkey, a slice of cheese and half of the omelet.
- Cover with the third slice of bread and cut the sandwich with a serrated knife into four pieces.
- Put a toothpick in each piece and serve with fried potatoes.
- Repeat the assembling procedure to make one more club sandwich.
