Rosemary lamp chops with balsamic cream



2 pound rack of lamb
Coarse Salt from the Mesologgi sea lake
Kalamata Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tin
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 twigs fresh rosemary, finely chopped
4 tablespoons Balsamic Cream original “Kalamata Papadimitriou


Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

In mixing bowl add balsamic cream, rosemary, garlic, salt & pepper to taste and mix well.

Season rack of lamb with salt and pepper.

Liberally coat rack of lamb with marinade and bake for 30 minutes or until desired doneness.

Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes.

Cut lamb chops and enjoy!
