Shrimp with cherry tomatoes

For 4 persons


8 fresh shrimp, cleaned
12 cherry tomatoes
2 tablespoonfuls butter
4 tablespoonfuls Kalamata Balsamic cream
a little fresh thyme
8 small round olive oil rusks
freshly ground pepper


Melt butter in a large non-stick frying pan.

Add the shrimp and sauté for 2 minutes on each side. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper. Remove the shrimp from the pan and set aside. Add the cherry tomatoes as they are and sauté. Return the shrimp to the pan and drizzle with 4 tablespoons of Kalamata Balsamic Cream. Leave it to reduce and form a glaze. Serve the shrimp on the rusks with a few sprigs of fresh thyme.
