8 strawberries , sliced
1 cup greek yogurt
3 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons Balsamic Cream with Strawberry “Kalamata Papadimitriou”
fresh Organic Mint leaves for garnish
In small saucepan over medium high heat add the strawberries and sugar and cook until softened and have released their natural juices, about 3-4 minutes. Add the strawberry cream, stir to coat and remove from burner
Add yogurt to serving plate, top with strawberries and garnish with fresh mint.
