Salad with tuna and avocado

Ingredients

For the salad:
1 avocado, sliced
170 gr tuna
1 tomato, in thick chunks
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp fresh basil, finely chopped
1 tsp chives, finely chopped, as a garnish

For the dressing:
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp Bio balsamic vinegar Kalamata Papadimitriou
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste

Preparation
In a bowl add the tuna, tomato, onion, avocado and basil and mix.

For the dressing:
In a small bowl add the mayonnaise, mustard and the Bio balsamic vinegar; season with salt and pepper and stir to combine.
Pour the dressing over the tuna mixture and mix.
Taste, sprinkle with the chives and serve.
